District Facilitator Goals

Recruitment:

¶    Collect recruitment plans from all chapters

¶    All chapters assigned to and actively working with team members

¶    Increased communication between team members and chapters

¶    Every chapter receives at least one visit from team member or team leader

Finances:

¶    Communication with finance team

¶    Training for finance team

Education:

¶    Recruit team members

¶    Every chapter receives at least one visit from team member or team leader

¶    All chapters educated on FIPG policies

¶    Education and participation from collegians in 1901 program.

Informed and Connected Membership:

¶    Monthly newsletter to chapter presidents, District team members, and advisors

¶    Personal phone calls to new officers

¶    Communication with Greek Advisors

¶    Recruit District Secretary

¶    Collect weekly minutes from chapters

¶    Increased alumnae involvement at District Days.

¶    All volunteers attend District Days and Annual Volunteer meeting.
